Staff will monitor and educate customers on physical distancing rules. Please note there may be a lineup at the gate, so please respect safe physical distancing during those times.

Will there be any screening of visitors for COVID-19 upon arrival to ensure safety?

Guests will be required to self-assess their health and should not visit if there is a possibility that they may have contracted or have come into close contact with Covid-19.

What measures are you taking to ensure the safety of staff and visitors? Additional measures that have been undertaken are:

  • Face covering or masks are mandatory in indoor spaces.
  • Masks are mandatory while travelling between spaces, even outdoors. Masks may be removed once seated for the movie screening.
  • Maximum capacity of 100 people per evening will participate.
  • Signage onsite will communicate best practices and protocols so visitors understand expected health and safety requirements in place.
  • Enhanced cleaning practices throughout the tour route and restrooms.
  • Many other steps have been taken in consultation with Public Health authorities, in line with Provincial Guidelines.

Who can attend Terror Tuesdays?

Terror Tuesdays are not recommended for younger children.  Parents should use their discretion.  Parents with teenaged children should take the movie rating of 18A into account and assess the appropriateness for each teenaged child.

What happens if I get really scared and want to leave?

Please find the nearest staff member. We are happy to escort guests to the exit and ensure you safely return to the main parking lot. There are no refunds if you choose to leave the experience during the movie.

What happens if it rains?

Because of the outdoor nature of our event, please be prepared for the weather. We may close due to inclement weather and as such will post cancelled evenings on our Facebook Page around 3PM. If a screening is required to be cancelled, we recommend using the ticket for an alternate Terror Tuesday evening, as long as there is available capacity.  Refunds may also possible. Please contact our Customer Service Team at 1-800-437-2233 Monday to Friday for assistance.

Is the event accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes. Fort Henry is paved, and washrooms are accessible as well. Please note that the bottom row of bleacher seating will be reserved for those with reduced mobility. Lawn chairs will be spaced out in front of the bleachers.

Do you allow visitors to wear costumes?

No. Our scare actors will be in costume though! It’s a movie night, get on your favourite cozy outfit, bring a blanket, whatever ensures you’re comfortable. But costumes are not permitted for attendees.

Can I bring my purse or bag into Terror Tuesdays?

Only a small bag/purse will be permitted. No backpacks or large bags allowed. No outside food, beverages, drugs or weapons are permitted inside the attraction.
